In the unlikely event of a fault please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 0845 539 9993 with your invoice number and model number of the TV. The television should be taken to any Electronic World depot for a repair/ exchange (see above). We will repair and return the product free of charge to the depot of your choice. If we cannot repair the television we will endeavour to exchange the television for an exact replacement or the nearest replacement in terms of specification. Please note all exchanges/returns must be undertaken at the collection depot.
Please note all TVs sold by Electronic World are fitted with a security seal inside the TV. This seal will be broken if the TV is opened. The seal is fitted to ensure that the TV is not tampered with before being returned to us. You must ensure that during the guarantee period the TV is not given to a third party for inspection/repair, because doing so will break the seal and your guarantee will become void. Electronic World reserves the right to refuse repair/exchange of a TV that has a damaged seal upon return to us.
